My comment was on the article, Another One, from the blog, America the "great." I have left a comment such as: he fact that Donald Trump is the face of the Republican Party for the election can really show how America can be in general. I hope to not see this man win in November because if he does it will probably be the saddest day in America. I do agree with Eddy and say that we should get more informed of our 2 upcoming nominees. WE ARE THE FUTURE! THIS ELECTION IS NOT A JOKE!

sadly, it's been over weeks that Trump evil wicked ways made Ted Cruz drop out of the presidential race and become the Republican presumptive nominee. According to the The dallas morning news, by Grommers Jeffers JR. the only hope for anti-Trump supporters is Hillary Clinton for November to face off in the election. This election has brought many people such as minorites to pay attention to the outcomes of Trump if he wins such as, build a wall along the Mexican border to keep out immigrants, some of whom he’s described as murderers and rapists. Republicans created the racist monster called Trump and face to realize that they don't know what to expect from him next. I guess in my own opinion is that we as minorities didn't really payed attention to this election and hope for the best in November. WE DIDN'T LISTEN!!!!!

LSD and the brain

My comment was on the article, LSD and the brain, from the blog, America the "Great". I've left a comment such as:  when you think of LSD you certainly think of marijuana mixed with ecstasy and peyote and the danger of this drug that cause for a person if taken. it's crazy to think that psychologist can use it for a good thing. This article made think of many different opinions but my main one for this topic is that it should be more tested and more information on how LCD could be more useful.

Oil & Marijuana in Texas

This was a quote said by Phillip Martin stating that in the year 2017, Texas will be low in its budget. This is major deal for Texas and being the only hope for it might just be legalizing Marijuana in Texas to be taxed and become a revenue stream for the lone star state. For decades we've been arguing that marijuana is a bad substance for the people. People all over the state will bring out facts about marijuana and explaining that their is zero deaths per year from the cause of marijuana. Apparently, oil prices in Texas have drooped $40 a barrel and cause a negative impact for Texas budget. Another problem in Texas, is that the cost of taxpayers annually for marijuana arrest are $700,000,000. So with oil starting to be a big deal in Texas, this state might just legalize it because it could pump up $44 billion economy by 2020. So, now that we know what can happen if we legalize marijuana in Texas it's not a bad thing anymore. isn't that something!

Feeding the Beast.

On March 28, 2016 4:46 p.m. published by Dallas Morning News. This article which is called the Eugene Robinson: No, the media did not create Trump. Eugene Robinson talks about media did not creating Trump as the ratings sky rocket during campaign for this year. He talks about as if Trump was going to get the same amount of ratings even if he didn't say all the ignorant tragedies that have been going on in past couple of months from him. In the article, Eugene says that in Trump's case his media is merely the messenger not the message.  he also states that the people that are blaming themselves for Trumps rise is just another way to ignore the voters who have made him their favorite for the GOP nominations. As I read through this article I don't agree with Eugene Robinson and his opinions about Trumps rise during the campaign. I do believe media did create him just because of racial comments he made a couple of months ago about Hispanics and Muslims. I myself being Hispanic didn't really like this incident very much, it kind of depressed me to realize that its 2016 and racism is still a thing. I believe that his whole racial comments made him more publicity than he should've because of the fact that his a racist and probably not the last. I would go online and watch people share his disgusting racist comments and giving him more publicity for the people who shared his ignorance. I myself don't agree with Eugene Robinson about the media not creating Trump. I do believe the media created Trump and made him one of the most trending topics about the campaign this year because of his ignorance.

"Apple should help FBI hack phone of San Bernardino shooters"

On February 17, 2016 12:31 pm published by The Dallas Morning News article which is titled Apple Should Help FBI hack phone of San Bernardino shooters. This article talks about how Apple can team up with the FBI and hack into apple phones to find more evidence on the San Bernardino shooting that happened last December. The FBI is also trying to get access in everyone who owns an IPhone. This to me can be a bad idea and good idea as well. I myself own an IPhone and find this kind of creepy and gowning through my personal information.  To me the only acceptable time where someone can go through someone's personal information is if they where doing something illegal like the people who where the cause of the San Bernardino incident. For now, I think Apple will deny this because of the amount of problems this will cause for their business but then again we can always expect the unexpected with these types of arguments.   

"UT- Austin president recomends banning concealed handguns in dorms"

On February 17, 2016 The Dallas Morning News published a post written by Lauren McGaughy and informed us about  UT- president Gregory Fenves banning UT students to carry concealed handguns in dorms, allowing them in classrooms. This article is about UT president Gregory Fenves stating that only students with a license to carry a concealed handguns are allowed to walk in dorms, classrooms, etc. The reason for this argument is because the dangers of shooting that have taken place in the couple of years at universities around America. This bring a huge argument and decision making because the dangers that might cause for this. The reason why I found this article important is because I attend a community college and will later on pursue on going on a four year university and to find out these news about shootings on campuses at college station make me wonder if it's a good decision that Gregory Fenves is making to put a possible ending for school shooting or the safety of students in UT.
